This part doesn't work, even after charging. When plugged in, only the vibration works. No massage and no heat... I wouldn't recommend it.
It's great, the model I bought has all three functions. When you start the car, it performs the massage, heat, inflation and deflation cycle, then there's another button where you can set each option separately. In principle, I'm satisfied; we'll see the results over time with use.

The HOT-MASSAGE-TRACTION version actually does VIBRATIONS - INFLATION - HOT.
Modes of use: a) a single selected action repeated, or b) a cycle of the 3 actions one after the other.
With this version, the intensity of the actions is NOT adjustable. Or they are all excessive.
Contraindications indicated on the product label but not on the sales webpage (!) :
"This product is not suitable for individuals with hypertension or diabetes."
VIBRATIONS: ...very strong, transmitted to the head => better not to have cerebral vascular fragility! INFLATION: the internal cushion becomes so hard when inflated that the entire weight of the head rests as if on a large ball on a single cervical vertebra. It's painful. HEATING: up to 45 ° C (for 17 ° C in the room), on the verge of burning.
It is impossible for me -- and for other people I could have given it to -- to use this device. I have to send it back.

Do not buy this unless you are willing to accept that it requires to be powered constantly with your own usb c cable and charger (not included). it is not a "wireless & battery-less" product as shown in the pictures. tried to return the product because i wanted a massager that can operate with an internal lithium-ion so i can bring it around and not get stuck to the wall plug but the customer service refused my request even though returns and refunds are eligible. so buyer beware!
