It doesn’t tighten and if my dog was to pull on it, it would snap and she would probably run away. it doesn’t have a good grip. if you do tighten it re-loosens really quickly. if she pulls it works it glows is just you might want a tie or something and it doesn’t fit. this was a medium.
It's a nice collar, good quality. good for letting your dog out at night

It glows for sure! i don’t think you can charge it or change the batteries which is a bummer.

Good quality. This is the second one I've bought because my dog managed to tear it off while running through bushes. It's convenient for seeing the dog during nighttime outings.
However, do not use the loop to attach it. because it is very fragile.
